Our Full Design package is for clients who want a complete, stress-free architectural service. From site visits and detailed measurements to full 3D renders and municipal submissions, we handle every stage of the process.
Payment Term
Council fees are payable by client at time of submission.
- 50 % deposit on acceptance of quotation.
- 30 % on delivery of preliminary drawings.
- 20 % on final signed plans ready for council submission.
